Mr. Delphon was one of my favorite teachers. I remember phys-ed and jogging around the circular track where Dienier Mills building is now (?). He would come up behind everyone of us with a paddle and swat us on the behind while racing by. He had long legs and could outrun any of us! I'm sorry he's gone and sorry for your loss.

Mr. Delphon was my teacher at Eastside. Many fond memories of his humor and kindness to a classroom full of girls!!
My prayers and thoughts are with your family.

I was sorry to learn of Billy's passing from the Oklahoma city paper. He was always kind and helpful to my Aunt and Grandmother over the years. He came from 'good stock'! God bless his family at this sad time.

Kay, Bill was one of the sweetest, most intelligent, God fearing people I've ever known. He will be sorely missed here, but rejoicing with his Lord and Savior. It was an honor to have know him.

When I first "hired on" as elementary principal at Chandler Mr. Delphon was the Jr. High principal and he was the one who took me under his wing and became my go to person when I had a question. Always took time to help and never made me feel silly for asking. As time went on we got into a routine of after school coffee at Fendy's. We solved all the world's problems over those cups and I sure did miss him when he retired. To Kay, John and Terri we all loved him and we know he is in a better place. Our thoughts and prayers are with you guys!
