Sweet, sweet Thelma! As a little girl I would sit by Thelma and Glen in church. Sometimes on Glen's lap until I thought I was too big. Thelma always had the prettiest nails I'd ever seen. She would hand me her cuticle tool and I would push her cuticles back. Of course, they didn't need it but she would let me. I remember going to their home and seeing the beautiful and many, many cup and saucers sets. I was amazed at her collection. On April 25, 2016, I received a beautiful cup and saucer from Thelma! Such a precious keepsake I will treasure. The last time I saw her was at Colonial Estates. She recognized me, called me by name and thanked me for stopping to see her. She looked as pretty as always. You are now resting in the kingdom of heaven rejoicing with loved ones. Not goodbye but see you later.
