I never really got to know Uncle Joe very well and wish I could have gotten to known him better. I know that I'm about a year late, but I hope that it still has some meaning.

It was an honor for me to not only know Joe, but to have worked with him during his military career. He made us laugh with his sense of humor, but taught us how to do maintenance right. My condolences to Maxine and family. He will very missed by a lot of soldiers he befriended and helped along his life's path.

Dear Townsend Family,
It is with such sorrow that I write this condolence. I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Joe was a kind and gentle man. I always appreciated how he was able to connect with so many people so easily. He treated me so well as a young nephew. I will always remember his kindness and will miss him dearly.
