Vickey Lee Franklin

Vickey Lee Franklin was born March 14, 1950 in Oklahoma City to Oscar J. James, Jr and Edna (Robertson) Johnson.  She passed away July 5, 2021 in Luther at the age of 71.

Survivors include her 3 daughters, Rita Kistler, Michelle Willcutt, April Harriett; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; her brother Garey James and his wife, Susan; along with other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
