Theresa Alene Jones-Murray was born August 3, 1964, in Wurzburg, Germany.  She passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of sixty-one.

Theresa was a trainer at McDonald’s in Chandler where she got to know and love everyone in and around Chandler.  She loved her crew at McDonald’s, especially her manager, Allison.  Theresa enjoyed the outdoors, reading, and going to the lake.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Edward Jones; stepfather, William Bowers; and her mother-in-law, Shirley Murray.  Survivors include her husband of over 30 years, Gerald Murray of the home; mother, Faye Bowers of Houston; daughter, Jayme Garcia-Riley and her husband Stephen of Houston; brothers, Thomas Richard Jones of Alabama, Richard Jones of California; three grandchildren, Kai Garcia, Kove Riley, Koa Riley; along with many other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel in Wellston.
