Terry Lee Mullendore was born July 3, 1955, to Melvin and Louise Mullendore.  He passed away May 24, 2025, in his home in Wellston at the age of 69.

Born in Harrah, Oklahoma, Terry grew up in Wellston where he graduated from Wellston with the class of 1974.  He was an avid reader who enjoyed a good word search and cooking.  Terry made a fantastic homemade pizza and fresh donuts.  He spent his days trying to keep his brother, Tom, in line.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Louise Mullendore.  Survivors include his brother and best friend, Tom Mullendore, of the home; along with other family and friends.

A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
