Sandra Kay Elam was born March 27, 1957 in Alva, Oklahoma to P.D. Gordon and Shirley Marietta (Hicks) Meadows. She passed away May 23, 2021 in Tulsa at the age of 64.
Sandy is preceded in death by her parents; survivors include her husband, Michael Don Elam of the home along with other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Davenport with Reverend Mike Mitchell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
