Ruth Ann (Mifflin) Myers was born March 3, 1941, to Raymond and Francis Mifflin in Du Quion, IL. She passed away July 30, 2024, in Shawnee at the age of 83.

Ruth was a fun and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed butterflies, cardinals, and Pepsi. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Francis Mifflin; children, Kevin Allen and Susan Allen; and three husbands, Charles Allen, Jimmy Martin, and Thomas Myers. Survivors include her children, Paul Allen, Peter Allen and his wife Stephanie; daughter-in-law, Kathy Allen; grandchildren, Malissa and her husband Tommy Mackiewicz, Max, Ralene, Derek, Zac, and Chris Allen, Eliah Meek; great-grandchild, Xzayvr Mackiewicz; along with other family and friends.
