Ruby Gene Farr was born May 22, 1941, in Seymore, Texas to Neal Sr. and Ruby Fay (Stafford) Cook. She passed away February 10, 2025, in Edmond at the age of eighty-three.

Ruby enjoyed cooking for her family, crochet and sewing.  She faithfully attended the Apostolic Light House Church for 24 years.  Ruby built a special bond of friendship with Brother and Sister Severs, of whom she depended on.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Neal Sr., and Ruby Fay; son, Ethra Baldridge; brothers, Neal Glen Cook Jr, Larry Wayne Cook and Pete Jackson, sisters, Edith Ann Huckaby, and Sandra Fay Huckaby. Survivors include her son, Larry Baldridge and his wife Gina of Cement; grandsons, Anthony Baldridge and Eric Baldridge; siblings, John William Jackson, Carolyn Kay Stuckey; along with other family and friends.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Lehman Funeral Home with a funeral following at 11:00 am and interment in the Luther Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
