Kenneth Wade Obituary

Kenneth Edward Wade was born February 6, 1935 to John Thomas and Elizabeth (Willis) Wade.  He passed away March 5, 2020 in Edmond with his family by his side at the age of 85.

Kenneth proudly served in the United States Army for several years before returning to work with the Oklahoma City police maintenance department 27 years as a master mechanic until his retirement. He was a Faithful Member of The Way to Jerusalem Church (Wellston). He loved everyone and loved God. He is proudly setting with Jesus today. He loved hunting and fishing, and spending time with family.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents John Thomas and Elizabeth (Willis) Wade (Pauls Valley) Sons Kenneth Lee Wade, Terry Gene Wade, Daughter Linda Sue Wade, 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Survivors include his wife of 62 years Minnie Lou Wade, Brother Alanzo Dois Wade (Wellston) Sons Billy and wife Charrity Wade Luther, Bobby and wife Vivian Wade Wellston, Daughter Lou Ann Green and Richard Hausman Jones. Grandchildren Kandice Hicks Arkansas, Darren and wife Alex Sikes, Blanchard Thomas and Katie Holcroft Wellston, Devin Green Wellston, Haylee and husband Jesse Barta Harrah, Garret Holcroft Washington, Bryant Wade Oklahoma City, Dymee and husband Larry Wooten Harrah, Billy James Mckinnley (BJ) Wade and fiancé Vanessa Sepeda Midwest City , Destiny Green and fiancé Cody Francisco Carney, and Mark Reynolds Wellston, and great grandchildren 14 and 2 soon to be.
