JoAnn Flanagan was born October 27th, 1939 in Arkoma, Oklahoma. She passed away March 30th, 2023 at 84 years of age.
Our family knew JoAnn as Mom, Grandma, and most recently Great Grandma. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years and longed for the day that the two would be reunited. That day has come. Thanks Mom for all you did.
The immediate family will celebrate JoAnn’s life in a private memorial service. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
