James Frances Raines was born December 26, 1942 in Prague, Oklahoma to Linnis James Raines and Laura Ann (Carter) Raines. He passed away September 11, 2022 in Paden at the age of 79.
James proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; survivors include his nephew Darren Raines and his wife Rhonda of Paden.
No service was held for Mr. Raines. Interment will be at Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
