James Robert Kirkpatrick

James Robert Kirkpatrick was born August 25, 1941 to Frank and Dona (Anderson) Kirkpatrick. He passed away at his home in Chandler on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at the age of 77.

James faithfully served for 2 years in the United States Army. He was a dairy farmer for most of his life.

James is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Shirley, his brothers’ Donald Kirkpatrick, Charles Kirkpatrick, his sisters Edith (Kirkpatrick) and Virginia (Kirkpatrick). Survivors include his children and their spouses, Robert and Janet Kirkpatrick, Steven and his wife Charlotte Kirkpatrick all of Ripley, Sherry Kirkpatrick of Wellston, step-son William Harless of Las Vegas; his brother Melvin Kirkpatrick of Carney; his brother, Melvin Kirkpatrick of Carney, Billy Kirkpatrick of Carney; his sister Deloris Winters of Chandler; (5) grandchildren; (5) great-grandchildren; and countless friends and other family.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Chandler. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
