James Bobo, Jr was born April 5, 1933 in Fallis to James Bobo, Sr and Lucille (Davis) Gardner.  He passed away January 12, 2024 in Chandler at the age of 90.
James grew up in Fallis where he attended Dunbar School.  He loved watching and talking sports.  He later moved to Wichita, Kansas where he worked and later retired from Boeing Aircraft.
James was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lucille; his wife; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. 
Survivors include his children, Chvonne Davis, Kerry Bobo, both of Oklahoma City, Veronica Bobo, Shalonda Bobo, Centuan Bobo of Wichita, Kansas, Eddie Bobo of Phoenix, Arizona, Jennette Wright; siblings, Calvin Dumas of Port St. Lucia, Florida, Wilma Vickers, Patricia Parker of Wellston, Pamela Esters of Edmond, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren along with other family and friends.
A celebration of James life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 9, 2024 in the Lehman Funeral Home chapel.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
