Frank Lee Lloyd, Jr. was born February 28, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to Frank Lee Sr. and Ruby Blanch (Callahan) Lloyd-Hill. He passed away January 25, 2019 at his home in Wellston at the age of 59.

Frank proudly served in the United States Navy and owned and operated a carpet laying business for many years. He was an avid Texas Longhorns fan. He loved his family including his cat, Taz and dog, Sara and he enjoyed the outdoors.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents; and stepfather, Jimmy Hill. Survivors include his son Ryan Lloyd; brother, Ronnie Lloyd and his wife Nita of Irving, Texas; sister, Sherrie Lane and her fiancé Wendell of Clifton, Texas; granddaughter, Presley Lloyd; cousin, Michael Cockrell; along with his longtime caretaker, Syd Huckabee. At Frank’s request, no services were held. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
