Dorothy (Hoy) Spilman was born July 7, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland to James and Josephine (Wright) Hoy.  She passed away May 21, 2023 in Oklahoma City at the age of 82.

Dorothy lived in Chandler over 40 years.  She married Bill Spilman and tended their farm together.  She enjoyed fishing and loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 44 years, Bill Spilman.  Survivors include her children, Stephanie Crumb and her husband Mike of Edmond, Stuart Galbo of Yukon, Duane Spilman and wife Candace of California; sister, Mary Miles of Maryland; (6) grandchildren; (5) great-grandchildren; other family and friends.

A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2023 in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Carney Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
