Darlene Star Ritchie, 72, of Wellston, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on December 27, 1953, to Betty Henson and Charles Triner. Darlene lived a life filled with love, strength, and devotion to those she held dear. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness and caring spirit touched many lives.

Darlene is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Henson; her father, Charles Triner; her mother-in-law Helen Pitts and father-in-law Don Pitts. her brothers, Blake Blatchford and Baine Blatchford; her sister, Robin Blatchford; her son-in-law, Jozsi Imry; brother-in-law David Ritchie.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 25 years, Terry Ritchie; her daughters, Andrea Rush, Melissa Imry, and Asia Davis; her sons-in-law, Chad Davis and Greg Smith; her sisters, Simone Severns, Rhonda Farris, Memory Dunn, and Claire Triner. Her grandchildren, Levi Rizzuto, Lacy and Matt Langren, Holly and Eli Payne, and Rylee Imry; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Lorelei Davis, Ryder Mehan, Taygen Davis, Lincoln Langren, and Imry Dru Langren. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.

Darlene found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved playing bingo, spending time at the lake, and soaking up the sunshine while laying out to tan. More than anything, she treasured the time she spent with her family and loved creating lasting memories with those she held dear.

Darlene’s greatest joy was her family. She treasured them deeply, and her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love will be missed by all who knew her. Though her presence will be greatly missed, her legacy lives on through the family she loved so dearly and the countless lives she touched throughout her years. The family asks that Darlene be remembered not for the way she left this world, but for the love, laughter, and kindness she shared during her life.

A funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Lehman Funeral Home with interment following at Wellston Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
