Cherie Lynn (Webber) St. Andrews was born November 3, 1956 in Shidler, Oklahoma to James Webber and Lois Walton.  She passed away at the age of 63, July 7, 2020 at her home in Wellston with her family by her side.

Cherie grew up in Ponca City where she graduated high school in 1976.  She worked as a welder for Huffy Bike until the heat took its toll.  She then worked at Farm Fresh Dairy in Ponca City where she met and married Don St. Andrews in 1982.  Cherie volunteered with the Girl Scouts where she led her daughters, grand-daughters and many other young ladies.  She was a member of the Cushing-Drumright Elks Lodge and served multiple terms as Madam President.  She was a fantastic fundraiser for the Lady Elks and founding member as well as fundraiser for the Wellston Community Library.  Cherie loved her grandchildren and was a foster mother to many children.  She was a great cook which was enjoyed by her family and will be a cherished memory.

Cherie was preceded in death by her brother, Dana Webber; father, James Webber; and mother, Lois (Walton) Johnson.  Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Don St. Andrews of the home; son, Brian St. Andrews and wife Lacy of Ponca City; daughters, Heather Brewer of Chandler, Lacey St. Andrews of Wellston; (5) grandchildren, Trinity, Rachel, Payton, Jace, Kieran; siblings, James Alan Webber of Kaw City, Lynette (Webber) Edwards and husband Richard of Racine, MO, Dianna (Webber) Turley and husband John Dean of Seneca, MO, Tonya (Webber) Gorham and husband Jerry of Seneca, MO, David Webber and wife Jenny of Seneca, MO; step-father, Ronald Johnson of Ponca City; and many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020 in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 13, 2020 at Resthaven-Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Ponca City.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
