Charles Randall Hays Jr. Was born on October 13, 1964 in Chandler, Oklahoma at Mileham hospital, and passed away on July 6, 2025 at his home.
Charles went to Heaven to be with his wife, Teresa Williams, mother and father, Leona Pearl Fry & Charles Randell Hays, Granddaughter Selena Lopez, and siblings.
Charles was survived by his two daughters, Jessica Lopez and Jody Sinclair, as well as six grandchildren: Samantha Sinclair, Carla Lopez, Carlos Lopez, Reyes Lopez, Lazaro Lopez, and Ariana Lopez. Charles was also a great grandfather to Isla Grace Johnson.
He was a special man to many and will always be remembered.
