Charles Lee Cox was born March 31, 1960 in Greeley, Colorado to Tony and Theo (Morris) Cox. He passed away July 17, 2022 in Oklahoma City at the age of 62.
Charles grew up and lived in the Davenport area most of his life. He worked at Allied Roofing in Stroud for many years. Charles enjoyed fishing, shooting guns and fireworks, swimming and playing guitar. He loved spending time with his family.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Theo Cox; wife, Sandra Brooks-Cox; brother, Orville Lewallen; sister, Diana Easley; and nephew, Nicholas Robledo. Survivors include his son, Charles Richmond and wife Lisa of Tulsa; daughter, Jenna Hallman and husband Lance of Kansas; (4) grandchildren; brothers, Ron Lewallen and wife Valorie of Illinois, Kenneth Cox and wife Kathy of Davenport; sisters, Toni Carter of Chandler, Mary Duran of Chandler; along with other family and friends.
Charles wish was for no formal service to be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
