Walter Seitsinger, Jr

Walter Seitsinger was born July 30, 1933, in Parkland, Oklahoma to Robert Walter and Lena Belle (Stevens) Seitsinger. He passed away June 28, 2019, at the age of 85.

Walter grew up in Parkland where he attended school through the 8th grade. He often rode his horse to school. Walter was a wonderful dad, a farmer and was one of the last cowboys. He enjoyed all things outdoors including hunting and fishing.

Preceding Walter in death were his parents Robert and Lena; his wife of over 30 years, Janet (Hanson) Seitsinger of the home; brother, Bob Seitsinger; son, Lonnie Seitsinger. Survivors include his children Rick Seitsinger and his wife Sherry of Skiatook, Dave Seitsinger of Inola, Donna Boze of Tulsa, Denise and her husband Denzel Bottger of Perkins; (10) grandchildren, (11) great-grandchildren; her brother Earl Seitsinger of Moore along with other family and friends.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Parkland Cemetery in Parkland, Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
