Vickey Yvonne Ballew

Vickey Yvonne Ballew was born December 25, 1954 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Raymond and Olive (Phillips) Butler.  She passed away on June 29, 2019 in Oklahoma City at the age of 64.

Vickey grew up in Chandler where she graduated from high school.  She enjoyed drawing, listening to gospel music, collecting crosses and angels.  She dearly loved her grandchildren and her Chihuahua’s.  She always placed her family first and loved them dearly.

Vickey is preceded in death by her father, Ray Butler; step-mother Martha Butler; nephews, Michael Butler, Scottey Butler.  Survivors include her children, Steven Ballew and wife Brandi, Renee Ballew, Melissa Ballew all of Wellston; mother, Juanita Smith of Chandler; siblings, Scott Butler, Dennis Butler, Phyllis Miller; (7) grandchildren, including Max, Payton, Natasha, Jasmine; stepsister, Deanna Coon; along with other family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday July 3, 2019 in the Forrest Cemetery in Meeker.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
