Patricia Ruth Grigsby was born September 13, 1933, in Davenport to Clifford Floyd and Emma Jean (Tipton) Willmon. She passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at her home in Plano, Texas, at the age of 83.

Patricia graduated from Davenport High School class of 1951 where she was the valedictorian of her graduating class. She married Richard Grigsby in 1953 and they shared 63 wonderful years together. She retired from Western Electric/ AT&T in Oklahoma City after a 25 year successful career. Patricia enjoyed supporting family member’s activities, playing the piano and baking sweets.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; survivors include her husband, Richard Grigsby; daughter, Debbie Grigsby; son, Kevin and his wife Deanese Grigsby; (2) grandsons, Hunter Brock Grigsby and Landon Gage Grigsby; brother Larry Willmon and his wife Geneva; nephews Ryan Willmon and Alex Willmon; sister-in-law, Martha and her husband, Curtis Hale.

A funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 14, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Moore. A graveside service followed at 3:00 p.m. in the Davenport Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
