Glenda Gay Miller was born on September 27, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Glen David and Alene Lucille (Kays) Thomason.  She passed away on July 14, 2017 at the age of 55.

Glenda grew up in Oklahoma City and moved to Wellston as a teenager where she graduated from high school with the class of 1979.  She was a very caring and helpful home health aide, often referred to as an angel in blue jeans who was an advocate for patients who could not speak for themselves.  The light of her life was her son, Christopher Pelkey, who she referred to as her miracle baby.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Chuck Thomason.  Survivors include her fiancé, David (Cotton) Schwab of the home; son, Christopher Pelkey and his fiancé Kree of the home; (9) grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Megan, Emily, Katlin, Linzee, Jacob, Xoey, and Piper; sister, Jean Leonard of Chandler; along with many other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 in the Lehman Funeral Home chapel.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
