Donald Robert Wade was born on June 30, 1953 in Clathus Falls, Oregon to Donald Edward and Marilyn June (Conlisse) Wade. He passed away on January 13, 2018 in Prague at the age of 64.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ann (Harland) Wade, of the home; daughter, Teri Shaw along with other family and friends.
