Curtis Edwin Fowler, Jr. was born January 21, 1946 in Oklahoma City to Curtis Edwin, Sr. and Lucille Imogene (Forbes). He passed away August 25, 2018 in Wellston at the age of 72.
Curtis grew up in Wellston where he graduated from Wellston High School in 1964. He was a cattle farmer and loved to visit about farming and farm machinery. He worked in construction equipment rental most of his life. He loved his children, grand-children, and great-grandchildren.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis, Sr. and Lucille (Forbes) Johnson; first wife, Jennifer (Evans) Fowler; sister, Patricia Sanders; brother, William “Butch” Fowler; niece, Beverley Sanders. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Lois (Stein) Fowler of the home; daughter, Carla Snider and husband Bill of Wellston, Radeana Rumpl and husband Tony of Luther, (7) grandchildren, Rebecca, Caitlin, Brandon, Kelson, Madison, Lindsey, Tristan; (2) great-grandchildren, Hunter, Jaxson; nephews, Willard, Chuck; along with many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
