Bart Lee Boone

Bart Lee Boone was born on May 31, 1927 in Mollett, Oklahoma to Zenus B. and Maud G. (Gray) Boone. He passed away on February 20, 2018 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 90.

Bart served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War Era. He also worked as a cement mason in commercial construction for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Wanda Faye Boone; his daughter, Daughter Donna Boone; siblings, TB Boone, Joe Ray Boone, Charlie Boone, Nema Trevino, Bullet Boone, Maudie Davenport. Survivors include his sons, Ronald Boone and his wife Sheila of Norman, Oklahoma, David Boone and his wife, Kathy of Antlers, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Danielle and Curtis Wilburn, Amber Boone, Jeremiah and Melissa Bryant, Randall Boone and his fiance’ Samantha Coppedge, Cheyenne and husband Joe Massey; great-grandchildren, Betsy Fears, Glen Pendelton, Dillan Bryant, Heather Bryant, Anna Bryant, Liam, Jace Massey, Avery Massey; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Davenport Cemetery in Davenport, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
