Dedra Gene Kelley was born May 30, 1948 in Minot, North Dakota to Charles and Rose (Feist) Heath. She passed away April 10, 2024 in Luther at the age of 75.
Dedra loved taking care of people, especially feeding them. She was a previous part owner of Charley’s Corner Café in Luther, and her cooking was loved by many. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading and traveling and fondly remembered going to London & Ireland with her daughter. She lived in Palm Springs, California for many years and she loved the heat. She considered it “too cold out” if it wasn’t at least 80 degrees.
Dedra was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rose Marie Heath; ex-husbands, and two brothers. Survivors include daughter, Dessiree Paoli and husband Nicholas of Colorado and their children Dominic and Quinn, daughter Dorinda Marler of Oklahoma and her children Mikel, Liam, Aerowen and Scarlette; and her son, Damian Turnbough of Arizona and his son Hunter; along with eight of her siblings and other family and friends.
Dedra’s family will have a virtual celebration of her life on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 10:00 am. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
