Mary Geraldine Blackwood was born on April 12, 1944 in Socarro, New Mexico to Leroy Deb and Fern Marie (Collier) Walker. She passed away on December 28, 2017 in Chandler at the age of 73.

Mary was a homemaker and loved to have her family around her she enjoyed big holiday dinners. Mary enjoyed traveling and camping.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 43 years, Robert Henry Blackwood; brother, David Walker; sister, Vestina Merrel. Survivors include sons, Randy Peevyhouse of Luther, Jacky Peevyhouse of Luther, Jackie John Blackwood of Choctaw; sister-in-law, Florence Strange of Wellston; (6) grandchildren, Anthony Peevyhouse, Ariel Figueroa, Jessica Wilson, Mary Blackwood, Bonnie Blackwood, and Donald Blackwood; (6) great-grandchildren, Ean Peevyhouse, Kasen Figueroa, Aiden Wilson, Bella Peevyhouse, Vincent Peevyhouse, and Benjamin Peevyhouse; many nieces nephews  and other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Noon on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in the Lehman Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston
