Jo Ann (Wakley) Crenshaw was born September 1, 1950 in Chandler, Oklahoma to Roy Wesley Wakley and Dorothy Pearl (Taylor).  She passed away December 4, 2017 in her home in Agra with her family at her side.

Jo Ann grew up on a dairy farm Northwest of Chandler.  She graduated from Chandler High School with the class of 1968.  She worked as a seamstress at National Garment, in the fabric department of Wal-Mart, baby setting children and was a homemaker.  She enjoyed flower gardening, arts and crafts, sewing and feeding birds and squirrels.  Jo Ann loved babies and her family.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and nephew, Bo Wakley.  Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Mike Crenshaw of the home; children, Angie and her husband Timmy Potter of Tryon, Aaron Crenshaw of Pink; (3) grandchildren, Ashley, Timmy, Erica; siblings, Mike Wakley, David Wakley, Darrell Wakley; along with other family and friends.

A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
