Ellis Leon Moss was born June 18, 1944 in Oklahoma City to Ellis Duran and Leona Rachel (Hunn) Moss.  He passed away December 6, 2016 in Norman at the age of 72.

Leon grew up in Oklahoma City where he attended Capital Hill High School.  He was very proud of his service to our country with the United States Army and a tour in Vietnam.  Leon owned and operated an automotive parts and machine shop in Oklahoma City and Edmond and later retired from ETI in 2010.  He enjoyed eating with a continuous love of snacks all day long.  He loved animals, especially his dog, Peewee.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents; Ellis and Leona; wife, Bernice (Belitz) Moss; son, Jerry Moss; and sister, Carol Jean Murray.  Survivors include his daughters, Lornetta and her husband Lee Christy, Kelley Critchfield both of Oklahoma City; (10) grandchildren; (7) great-grandchildren; along with other family and friends.

A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Wellston Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
