David Myer Kendall was born February 12, 1961 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Dennis Myer and Maxine Thelma (Randall) Kendall. He passed away September 4, 2017 at his home in Meeker, Oklahoma at the age of 56.

David is preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Joy Lynn Kendall. Survivors include his son, Jarrod Crain of Tulsa; niece, Hannah Kendall, nephew, Matthew Kendall; along with other family and friends.

To honor David’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
